Terms and Conditions

• Your event date will only be secured once a non-refundable 50% deposit has been paid.

• Final payment is due two weeks prior to the date of the event. The cake will not be delivered or be available for pickup until the final payment has been paid.

• Olivia Yang Cake Studio is not liable for any damages to the cake after it has either been picked up by or delivered to the responsible personnel at either a designated location or the event venue.

• Olivia Yang Cake Studio is not liable for any damages caused by the improper consumption of floral wires or plastic accessories.

• Olivia Yang Cake Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions to the cake caused by any allergies that the studio was not previously notified of.

• Each serving size should be approximated at 1.5’’x1.5’’x4’’H. The total number of servings provided is based on an estimation and is not guaranteed to be exact, especially in the case where the pieces are cut larger than the agreed upon measurement.

• Photos of your cake may be used for marketing purposes. Please inform Olivia Yang Cake Studio if you DO NOT want your cake to be released on any of our social media platforms or website.  

• Additional charges may apply for any changes to either the event date or the design of the cake depending on the circumstance or the complexity of the change. Changes to the order will not be accepted three weeks prior to the event date.
